Assalammualaikum semua...
lama rasanya x update fp ek..well few days back..satu family demam..start from ayah..n then jangkit kt anak4 n terus lekat lak kt ummi..huhu just imagine nk handle all at the same time..tapi xpe skrang semua dh sihat alhamdulillah..

So today I just wanna share with u guys with this recipe..ayam lada hitam bakar or roasted black pepper chicken..Last weekend kami ada gathering family..alaa just my hubby siblings n his mother which of 'coz my MIL laa kn..huwaaa nampak sgt aku x baik lg dr demam..ayat tunggang langgang lg!..yg buat ramai tu anak2 sedara laa kn..so dr pg smpi ke mlm ada sj mknn yg terhidang..me being bz with cooking with ipar duai..so x dapat sgt laa nk amik gambo byk2..sempat amik this ayam golek sj..

From morning, my MIL cooked ketupat with kuah lodeh which we call 'lontong'..lunch we have this ayam bakar with sayur campur and sos utk cicah ayam bakar..ckup byk dh masa tu..n tea we have kek kukus coklat yg aku ada paste recipe before with samosa..lastly dinner we have a simple nasi goreng kampung with cekodok ikan bilis..sambil kami tgk konsert akademi fantasia 4 ramai2 satu family..bila time tido tu br rs perut memasing FULLLLLLLLL!!


so nih dia naa resepi roasted black pepper chicken..spt biasa aku x geti nk sukat2..tambah tolak rasa ms masak sj..ehhehe..

Bahan A
serai
halia
ketumbar
jintan manis
jintan putih
bwg putih

Bahan B
sos cili
black pepper(kalau boleh yg kasar/tumbuk kasar)
garam+gula+aji seckup rs

Cara
1.Bahan A ditumbuk lumat.psssttt jintan manis+jintan putih+ketumbar tu kalau boleh jgn bli yg serbuk..sbb kurang kick! lg satu serai pun jgn byk..skdar memberi rs mencukupi..
2.Selepas ayam dibersihkan n marinate ayam dgn bahan A.Masukkn bahan B secukup rs kecuali black pepper.. marinate ayam smpi ke bhgn dalam supaya rsnya meresap smpi ke dlm..last skali br letak black pepper sesedap rs..lg byk lg power..adjust here n there with garam n gula..
3.Perap ayam bbrp jam sblm dibakar..kalau nk lg sedap perap semalaman..br rs rempah tu 'masuk'..bakar dlm oven dgn suhu 180 darjah celcius selama sejam..tp kne tgk2 slalu n kne balik2kn ayam tu..kalau sesapa ada oven yg mmg ada grill function ke snang sket sbb klu x silap ayam tu mmg dipusing sentiasa..so mmg cepat masak..brp lama perlu dibakar bergantung pd saiz ayam tu jugak..jgn lak kang sampai rentung pulak..ekekek..so use your creativity..
