Daging masak merah
Bayam tumis berkuah
teruja nk try recipes, so come out with this..DAGING MASAK MERAH konon2 aku nk buat yg mcm thai restaurant but then after dh siap..PONG!! laaa agaknya yg kt kedai nu disalai dlu daging merahnya...so whateverrrrr..daging pun dh siap..d taste is there but its more like DAGING MASAK MERAH instead of DAGING MERAH THAI(ntah tui ke nama nih..wakakak whateverrrrrr..)
so enjoy gals..i'm still new compared to my mum in law..

Daging Masak Merah
Bahan
daging
bawang putih+merah(hiris)
halia(tumbuk)
serai(dititik)
cili kering(blend)
sos tomato
sos tiram
kicap cair
garam +gula secukupnya
daun limau
bawang besar(dihiris bulat-sbg hiasan)
cili merah(dipotong memanjang-buang biji-sbg hiasan)

Cara
1. Daging direbus terlebih dahulu dgn pewarna merah/ros+garam sket ja.
2. Setelah direbus n empuk, dihiris nipis jgn kecik sgt n jgn besar sgt..nk nampakkn warna tu masukkan balik hirisan daging ni dlm air rebusan daging td n dlm 10 min ke angkat..nk bg warna jk..
3. Tumis hirisan bawang+halia.Naik bau masukkan cili kering blend.Kacau2 sehingga naik minyak n bau.
Masukkan sos tomato+sos tiram+kicap cair+garam+gula secukup rasa.
4. Masukkan hirisan daging merah td+stok daging tu sket..
5. Masukkan cili merah+bawang besar hiasan.Kacau dan gaul sebati. SIAP!
